Closed type (pipe) Holder

Pipe type holders are pipes that enter the pasteurizer machines when they reach the pasteurization temperature and are allowed to circulate inside for the desired time. Pipe length is calculated according to the residence time and hourly efficiency of the pasteurizer. In products such as yoghurt and buttermilk, keeping milk at pasteurization temperature for a long time causes some bacteria to die. This increases the shelf life of the products.
