What are milk processing machines?

Milk processing is the process that starts from the milk coming out of the cow's udder and ends in the dairy.

Milking ; Milking machines are used for milking. Milked milk is cooled by a plate heat exchanger in large systems and taken to cooling tanks. On the other hand, in small systems, the milk that is milked is transported by means of jugs, taken to the cooling tank and cooled. This cooling event is very important. Because the bacteria in the milk multiply at a very high speed at room temperature and cause the milk to deteriorate. We call the phenomenon of cooling the milk and going to the market in this way as the Cold Chain.
The cooled milk is filled into transport tankers (milk transport tanks) by means of milk pumps suitable for food. These tanks can be insulated or uninsulated depending on the distance to be traveled.
Sample milk is taken from the tanks brought to the dairy, and antibiotic test and analysis of the milk are performed. Antibiotic testing device and milk analyzers are used for this. The healthy milk is poured into the milk receiving vats. The weight of the boat is determined by the load cells on the feet. We can do the same with the counter. These devices are also called milk reception units or milk flowmeter.
