It is manufactured from AISI 304 quality stainless steel, which is used for cooking, heated from the wall and covered with 40 mm insulating material on the heating wall, and is suitable for food. It can also be used for cooling purposes by giving water from the cooking wall. Mixer is available according to the product to be produced.

Cooking Options: Steam, cooker, resistance, (boilers with rollbont are resistant to 5 bar pressure and steam trap can be used.)

Usage areas: Milk cooking, balancing (balance), preparation of fermented milk, holding (holder), milk desserts, ice cream, molasses, fruit pulp, food, etc.

Capacities: 250, 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000 LT

When requested, special productions are made in intermediate and larger capacities.
